In order to get the best deals for our clients we deal with the best booking agents that we know and trust for each of our destinations.

For Kokoda we deal with Travel Managers and Getaway Trekking PNG.
For Peru we book through Travel Managers & Adventure World.

For Kilimanjaro we book through Travel Managers and Massai Wanderings.
For Australian destinations we book through Travel Managers.

In each case you will have the best people looking after your booking and helping you every step of the way. Nothing is too difficult and we are always here to serve you so that you have a ‘no fuss’ experience from the time you book and during your entire journey.

For each of our destinations we follow the same simple process

Download the forms for the destination of your choice
Print off and complete the Registration Form for your chosen destination and return it to Free Spirit Adventures by fax, email or post with your Registration Fee. The Registration Fee can be paid by cheque or EFT and is refundable up until the time that your trip dates are confirmed.
Once your preferred tour is confirmed, follow the Checklist for your chosen destination; including the completion of the tour Booking Form and payment of any additional deposits required by our booking agent.
Ensure you have completed the Medical Form so that we have information about any medical issues we need to be aware of in case of emergency or illness.
The checklist will provide you with specific instructions on what you need to do every step of the way in preparing for your adventure.
